Golden Sells Panmax

Golden Ocean Group Limited (“Golden Ocean” or the “Company”) is pleased to advise that the Company has entered into an agreement to sell the panamax vessel “Golden Shadow” with delivery in December 2010. The Company has also fixed out three of its ice class Panamax newbuildings on long term time charter contracts to industrial counterparties. Golden Ocean has in addition fixed out the Panamax vessel “Golden Heiwa” for two years.

Man PrimServ Opens in Las Palmas

New orders within Marine to Scana

Scana Industrier ASA has through its subsidiary Scana Volda AS entered into a contract with STX Norway Offshore for delivery of remote controlled propulsion system for an anchor handling vessel (STX AH11) which will be built in Brazil. Delivery is scheduled for January 2013.

GDF SUEZ to Construct an on-shore LNG Storage

GDF SUEZ is to further consolidate its position in Chile through the construction of an on-shore LNG storage tank in the North of Chile. The tank is part of the GNL Mejillones terminal, which GDF SUEZ jointly owns with Codelco, the world’s main copper producer.
