Klaus Stahlmann, CEO of MAN Diesel & Turbo SE and a member of the MAN SE Executive Board, resigned his positions today and will leave the Company. The Supervisory Boards of MAN SE and MAN Diesel & Turbo SE met Mr. Stahlmann’s request and thank him for his service.
Augsburg-based MAN Diesel & Turbo SE is a wholly-owned subsidiary of MAN SE and is an integral part of the MAN Group.
In line with the Rules of Procedure, his duties as CEO of MAN Diesel & Turbo SE pass to the longest-serving Executive Board member, Dr. Hans-O. Jeske, until a successor is appointed. Dr. Jeske has been on the Executive Board of the MAN subsidiary since 2001.
